| Making A Purchase Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to purchase by entering a quantity and clicking on the 'Buy' button. The product is automatically added into your shopping basket. You can view the contents of your basket anytime by clicking on the button 'View Basket', and you can also update the quantity or delete an item in your basket view. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, exclusive of VAT. We accept credit and debit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo), cheque, cash on delivery and payment on account. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us and we will correct the mistake. Once you have completed your details and confirmed that you want to place the order, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. This does not indicate that there is a contract between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Information (Postage & Packaging) We currently only deliver items to the UK. Shipping costs are calculated depending on the total weight of the items purchased and the delivery option selected.
Please note that these prices are subject to Royal Mail and TNT current prices and may change. If an item is out of stock, we will send the other items straight away and the delivery for the item out of stock will be free of charge. Customers are free to come and collect their own goods and no delivery charge will apply. We cannot accept any liability for late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We will deliver the goods and or services direct to the address you specify when you submit your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), normally between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If the goods and or services you order are not available, for whatever reason, ERS (UK) Ltd will inform you of the position by e-mail (at the address provided with your order details) or telephone. If the goods are temporarily out of stock, we will ask if you wish to wait for the goods to become available. Unless you advise us of your wish to do so, ERS (UK) Ltd will refund any money debited from your payment card by re-crediting your account. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 28 days of notifying you of the non-availability of the goods. |
| Delivery Schedule Subject to availability, we deliver your order right away. It is usually processed within 24 hours and we will normally send your order to you the same day for next working day delivery if the order is placed before 2pm. We take great care with our packaging to ensure that all our products will arrive safely. Please check the status of your package immediately before signing the receipt of the goods. If you see damage on the outer packaging, this must be noted on your copy of the delivery note and on the copy of the carrier. You can refuse damaged parcels without signing for these. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
